Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh signifikansi konstruk variabel budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, serta komitmen organisasi terhadap konstruk variabel kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai pada PT PLN (Persero) Sektor Mahakam. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan memberikan kuesioner pada 95 sampel responden, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai; 2) Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai; 3) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai; 4) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; 5) Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai; 6) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan 7) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT PLN (Persero) Sektor Mahakam.
