PEMANFAATAN LIMBAH ANORGANIK GALON AIR MINERAL UNTUK BUDIDAYA TANAMAN SAYURAN DI KELURAHAN JENGGOT KOTA PEKALONGAN

Abstract

Jenggot Subdistrict in Pekalongan City is one of the areas located in the South Pekalongan District, Pekalongan City, where the majority of the community's livelihood comes from carpentry. This situation results in a significant amount of inorganic waste in the form of mineral water gallons, which are waste from daily drinking water consumption. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide information and knowledge about the utilization of inorganic waste from mineral water gallons for vegetable cultivation in Jenggot Subdistrict, Pekalongan City. This activity was carried out from November to December 2025 using methods that involve dissemination about the benefits of vegetable plants and the practice of cultivating vegetable plants using media made from inorganic waste of mineral water gallons. The indicator of the activity's success is the implementation of dissemination on the benefits of vegetable plants and the practice of cultivating vegetable plants using inorganic waste from mineral water gallons in Jenggot Village, Pekalongan City. The results of the activity show an increase in participants' understanding of community service regarding plant cultivation using used mineral water gallons from 25% to 100%
