Abstract
Background:
Human Resources who are accepted, placed, given a job or the trust of a particular leader / work unit are expected to be able to show good performance and provide maximum contribution to the achievement of Puskesmas goals. Efforts to realize maximum or optimal human resources in accordance with employee expectations are determined by employee satisfaction, employee ability, motivation, work facilities, management style and leadership style.
Objectives:
The purpose of this study was to study the Performance Study of the Head of Asera Health Center in North Konawe Regency
Research Metodes:
This research uses descriptive qualitative method with 2 key informants and 5 ordinary informants. Data collection was carried out by interview using interview sheets, stationery, and records. Then the data will be analyzed using the content analysis method and Triangulasi.
Results:
The results of this study describe how the work of employees especially the head of the puskesmas has received assistance in improving public health so that leaders provide motivation for their subordinates with a sense of security and without pressure from the leaders. The results of other studies explain that the award is very necessary for officers so that work performance does not increase in terms of money. In carrying out the work of health workers, it is not expected that imbalances or benefits from the head of the puskesmas but work for community service, the nation and the state. The results of other studies explaining the results issued by the head of the puskesmas gave a positive response to the staff and did not use authoritarian leadership
Conclusion:
The performance of the Head of Puskesmas Asera has provided assistance to his subordinates, provided a sense of security and without his subordinates, and was able to give credit to his subordinates and not have an authoritarian style of leadership.
