Abstract

Abstract-the purpose of this research is for knowing how training influence and organitation commitment to employee performance at PT. Pelindo IV Cabang Samarida. This  research is a research with descriptive quantitative metode, the data source who used in this resource are primary and secondary, with collection data way such as observation, interview, and question naire. The sample of this research are 66 respondent with porpusive sampling statistic metode who used in the research is analysis linear double regression with spss 16 version. The result of this research is showing partikal variable way of training give positive effect and significant to employee performance PT. Pelindo IV Cabang Samarinda Branch and organitation commitment variable give positive effect to employee performance PT. Pelindo IV Samarinda Branch. Adjusted Value R Square is  0,231 that is mean all independent variabel can  explain 23,1% to  dependent variable, and the rest 76,9% explain by others factor who not tested in this research.
