Abstract

Abstract - Nurul Asikin, The Effect of the Recruitment, Selection and Compensation Process on Employee Performance at PT. Jaya Lestari Perkasa, With Supervisor I Mr. Suyanto, SE., M.Sc and Supervisor II Mrs. Yeni Yahdiani, S. Sos, MM.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there are roles and relationships between each variable. The method used in the study uses descriptive methods, namely by describing between two or more independent variables (X1), (X2), (X3) with the dependent variable (Y), and the research is quantitative by using analytical tools namely IBM SPSS version 22.0.

With the results of the study showed that the recruitment obtained tcount of 0.462 on the selection obtained tcount of 3.069, while compensation obtained tcount of 1.800, so it can be concluded that the selection with tcount of 3.069, is a variable that has a more dominant influence on the performance of employees of PT, Jaya Lestari Mighty.
