DAMPAK PENGETATAN PROTOKOL KESEHATAN PADA MASYARAKAT KELURAHAN GUBENG,SURABAYA KETIKA LIBUR IDUL FITRI DAN TAHUN BARU
Currently government is focusing on the public to implement health protocols to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus. Law and security officials also help curb people who violate health protocols. Especially on the Idul Fitri and New Year holidays, many people do not apply health protocols when going on vacation or when going out of the house. Even though people should be at home and avoid traveling out of town. The emergence of this problem has resulted in micro-government agencies at the village level to help curb their citizens who violate health protocols. The purpose of this study is to understand the importance of implementing health protocols, to find out and analyze what causes people to not adhere to health protocols during the Idul Fitri holidays and New Year, to analyze the impact of the tightening of health protocols in the Gubeng village. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. This method is used because the data that will be obtained in the field are in accordance with the problems discussed. This research uses social action theory. Because in this study discusses the actions taken by individuals that affect their social environment. Through this research, the results obtained are that the tightening of health protocols during the Idul Fitri and New Year holidays has a big impact on the lower class people, because they have to do a covid-19 test which costs quite a lot of money
