PENERAPAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI DALAM MENINGKATKAN PELAYANAN DI KANTOR URUSAN AGAMA (KUA) KECAMATAN MANDAU KABUPATEN BENGKALIS
Organizational culture is an element that is used as the basis for organizing. This study aims to explain the application of organizational culture in the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA), Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. The research used in this study is qualitative with a case study approach. While the theory used is (Chatab, 2007) with four independent component variables. These components include integrity, professionalism, exemplary and respect for human resources. This finding is a change made by the Head of KUA, Mandau District, ass sense of kinship and the presence of a sincere logo in charity along with staff to recommend sincere research in virtue. So the face of the Office of Religious Affairs is the cohesiveness and intimacy that must be lived up to the organizational culture. This research found that the inhibiting factors were the marriage, lack of innovation, facilities and infrastructure in KUA Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. The expected target of this organizational culture is to uphold the values of good behavior and loyalty in carrying out organizational culture and the need for satisfying services at the KUA so that people can enjoy quality services.
